Purchase & Schedule
Pay online and schedule a 15-minute activation meeting.
After selecting your package, you will be directed to our secure booking platform to complete payment and schedule a brief 15-minute activation meeting. This meeting is used to confirm the scope of your matter, answer initial questions, and begin the intake process. Payment is processed securely online.
Conflict & Scope Review
The firm confirms conflicts, deadlines, fit, and scope — then sends the engagement agreement.
Before work begins, Tyson Law Firm, P.C. conducts a conflict-of-interest check and reviews whether your matter fits within the purchased package's scope. The firm also confirms that no urgent deadlines exist that would prevent proper service. If the matter is accepted, you will receive a written engagement agreement that defines the scope of representation. Work begins only after the engagement agreement is signed and all required materials are received.
We Get to Work
After activation and receipt of required materials, the legal team begins work.
Once the engagement agreement is executed and required documents or information are received, the legal team begins work on your matter within the defined scope. Deliverables vary by package and are described in the service listing. Work is completed within the scope of the purchased package — additional services require a separate engagement.

Payment does not create representation
Purchasing a package does not by itself establish an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only after the conflict review is completed, the scope is confirmed, and the engagement agreement is signed by both parties.
Refund if we cannot proceed
If Tyson Law Firm, P.C. cannot accept your matter after conflict or scope review — for any reason — your payment will be timely refunded in full.
Scope is fixed
Each package covers a defined scope of work. Services outside that scope are not included and do not automatically convert to hourly billing. If additional work is needed, a separate engagement is required.
Deadlines and urgency
TLF Legal Essentials is not an emergency legal service. If you have an imminent court deadline, filing deadline, or other urgent legal matter, contact us before purchasing to confirm whether the service can be completed in time. Purchasing a package does not guarantee that urgent deadlines can be met.
All services are provided by Tyson Law Firm, P.C. under a written engagement agreement that defines the scope of representation. TLF Legal Essentials is an assumed business name and service line of Tyson Law Firm, P.C.
